What currency do we accept online?

How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks depending on the item. We guarantee to get your items shipped out as quickly as possible. Due to holidays, extreme weather conditions, shipping may be impacted.

What If I don't see my tracking number?

If you haven't received any tracking updates on your order since it shipped, it is most likely due to the fact that your order was sent from our overseas warehouse. Tracking won't update until your package arrives in the United States. Once it lands in the US, a local shipping company will pick up and scan your package. (only during business days). Tracking number will automatically update for your order.

What happens if, I receive the wrong item, or need a refund?

At Clothes by Jae, we understand that accidents can happen. It is our job to own those mistakes and respond quickly and meet your every need. All sales are final however, if you received your order and it contains the wrong and/or missing item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve this issue by sending us an email to Customer@ClothesbyJae.com

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping. If you like to upgrade your shipping, please contact us directly for assistance with upgrading your shipment.

How do your clothing size run?

Clothing sizes may vary, however mostly fit true to size. Please confirm with size chart and buy accordingly. If you have any question about size, please contact us directly for assistance.

What time are you open?  We strive to be available 24/7, 7 days of the week, however we are mostly available during regular business hours.

 What if I am looking for a certain item or product that’s not on your website?

If there is a certain apparel or accessories you are searching for that’s not on our website, please send a screenshot of the item to our email, and we will do our best to locate it for you and create a custom order just for you.
